Yes, you will receive a tracking number with the shipping confirmation, which you can use to determine the status of your shipment.

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please email info@eywajewelry.com as soon as possible. Once your order has been placed, unfortunately no changes can be made.

In Germany and the EU countries there are no additional fees.

For all other countries outside this area costs may apply. These must be borne by yourself and are non-refundable.

If your package has not been delivered after more than 5 working days, check your shipment status using the tracking number that you received by email. Sometimes there may be delays in delivery or the shipment may have been handed over to a neighbor or a post office.

The order can be returned up to 30 days after shipment. Returned jewelry must be in its original condition. Boxes and pouches must be complete and intact. Products that are damaged, soiled or proven to have been worn will not be refunded.

Unfortunately, the costs incurred for a return must be borne by you.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund you within 10 days. We use the same payment method with which you originally paid.

Yes, all pieces of jewelry are nickel-free and therefore also suitable for sensitive skin.

The clasp of your earring may bend slightly if it falls to the ground or if too much pressure is applied. Use pliers or your fingers to gently push the connector up. This is how the clasp gets hold again. Then try to open and close the earring again.
